116 Cecil Street, South Melbourne

Dropped by for an impromptu lunch date with Liz today. Beautiful day, sitting outside, feeling like a totally cool inner city urbanite. It was busy, so hard to get a hold of the waitress, but she was very attentive and friendly when she was serving us.
Both Liz and I got their signature paella and then a churros with chocolate dipping sauce to share. The paella was total yumness, with chicken, chorizo, mussels, calamari and a subtle hint of spiciness, and it was just the right serving size. The churros a generous serving, perfect for two to share and with enough chocolate sauce for everyone – including bubsy.
The meal was simple and tasty. That’s all there was to it! I’m taking hubby there tomorrow.
